Daughters of Zelophehad

“What Zelophehad’s daughters are saying is right. You must certainly give them property as an inheritance among their father’s relatives and turn their inheritance over to them” (Numbers 27: 1- 7).

The Daughters of Zelophehad is a ministry that seeks to empower women to embrace the abundant life that Jesus promised them. Our focus is on developing women to walk in their God-given inheritance so that they will actively participate in transforming their communities.

The Daughters of Zelophehad seeks to develop Sierra Leonean women to become leaders in their areas of influence.

  • Education – To teach women basic literacy skills as they discover their identity in Christ
  • Empowerment – To train women on leadership skills needed in their families, churches, and communities.
  • Economic Equality – To train women with marketable skills for sustainable development.

The daughters of Zelophehad ministry was launched in Freetown in 2006. Another conference was held in Fonima Village in 2007. A third conference was held in Grafton Village in 2011.
